The VAMP 004 NV (Video Aiming Module Package Night Vision) is a lightweight generic sighting and surveillance system for remote weapon and turret gunnery applications. It is capable of providing colour imagery in extremely low light situations down to a light level of 0.00025 lux. The unit has been designed to meet a typical fighting vehicle specification and to survive and give high reliability in the harsh environment of tracked and wheeled military vehicle systems.

The VAMP 004 NV is one of a family of proprietary EO gun-sight camera systems easily adapted for specific customer specifications with only minor changes to the alignment interface. The unit has provision for camera sighting with boresight graticule and adjustable ballistic offsets which can be correlated through the integral serial link.
